End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: November 05, 2025
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, RSI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Savvy Spender on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the app.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where permitted by law.
Ownership
The app is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RSI and its licensors.
App Store Terms
If you obtained the app from an app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore), you acknowledge that the store provider is not responsible for support or warranty, and that your use is subject to their terms. You represent that (i) you are not in a U.S. embargoed country, and (ii) you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Updates & Support
RSI may provide updates that are automatically downloaded and installed. Updates may change or remove features. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSI DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. RSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL RSI’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Termination
RSI may terminate this license if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
